Welcome to the Toasty Melts site! 

With our beginnings as a food cart in San Francisco’s Mission District, we have taken a BIG chance with a BIG truck.  And now we’re making our grilled cheese on a 26-footer, no joke.

We pride ourselves in the simplicity of a grilled cheese - our sandwiches are made with quality cheeses, fresh breads from NASHBaker of South San Francisco and deli favorites from Zoe’s Meats of Petaluma and Golden Gate Meat Co.

With melts, soups and dipping sauces, we hope that you have a chance to visit the truck and try one of our “toasty” creations.
